Love is in the Air!

Rose quartz, with its gentle pink color, is known as the stone of love. It transmits energies of compassion, harmony, peace and healing that can transform lower negative emotions such as anger and resentment into the energies of love. Therefore it can provide emotional healing from pain, fears, resentment, stress and anger, bringing about higher degrees of peace and calmness. It basically gives the ability to see goodness in oneself and others.

Rose quartz, because of its color, is believed to provide deep sense of personal fulfillment, contentment and love. It plays an important role in emotional healing. It is also often used to increase self-esteem and self-worth by increasing the love and forgiveness towards oneself.

Because of its ability to transmute sorrow and negative emotions into love, rose quartz is recommended for counselors and psychotherapists to wear when they are counseling with their patients to minimize contamination.

Known as the Heart Stone, rose quartz has been widely used as a love token as early as 600 BC and is still used as an important talisman to improve relationships. Rose quartz is very effective in attracting love, intimacy and to create closer bonds with family and friends. It also increases harmony and peace in the environment.

Since rose quartz activates the heart chakra and brings about higher emotions and love, which is necessary for spiritual development, rose quartz is also considered an effective crystal for spirituality.

Rose quartz, a silicon dioxide crystal, is one of the most common and valued varieties of the quartz family. Its name is derived from its soft pinkish color that ranges from pale pink to deep reddish pink. It is usually found in massive form as the impurities of titanium or manganese, which gives it its hue, prevent the growth of large individual crystals. However, it sometimes grows in clusters of small prismatic crystals. Rose quartz vary in clarity from opaque to translucent to a foggy transparency.

Most of the rose quartz currently comes from Brazil. There are also sources in India, Madagascar, and USA.

Rose quartz is not so popular as a gemstone, as it appears cloudy because of its impurities, which is not suitable for the purpose. Rose Quartz was honored by the Tibetan and Oriental cultures, and continues to be one of the major carving stones of China.

The Wave of a Hand!

Pranic Healing as a science, discusses our energetic anatomy, that exists around every person and every being, providing the life energy for the body to remain alive and active.

All beings have an energy field around them that is called by various names such as the energy body, the bioplasmic body, the etheric body or simply the aura. This aura looks like a luminous field of light in a healthy person, penetrating the physical body and extending beyond it to about 4 inch in average. The bigger the size of the aura, the healthier and more energetic the person!

Anything in life that disturb us, such as stress at work, fear, sadness, loneliness and arguments, makes this luminous energy field dimmer, imbalanced and full of holes and greyish energies. This, in long run appears as pain, discomfort, physical and psychological problems. Since the physical and energy bodies are interrelated, what affects one, affects the other.

So to remain healthy, we need to take care of this energy body!

Just as we take a daily shower to keep the physical body healthy and clean, the energy body also needs cleansing to maintain a good physical and psychological health.

With Pranic Healing, we are able to detect the problems and imbalances in the aura and carefully remove them using a fairly simple technique that involves no touching, no drug and anyone can learn to do it.

Once the aura is balanced, cleansed and bright, our physical and psychological health is guaranteed.

Pranic Healing provides the science behind energy-based treatment, supported by tons and tons of researches and testimonials all around the world.

In general Pranic Healing helps us to:

Pranic Healing 01

Gain Inner Peace

Once the aura is cleansed from the negative thought forms, energies and emotions, we will reach a higher degree of inner peace and stillness. Peace and stillness is a stepping-stone to experience higher levels of consciousness.

Pranic Healing 14

Be Healthier and Happier

In order to feel happier, the heart chakra should be sufficiently activated. Therefore to achieve happiness and joy we need to take care of the heart chakra as well as its opposite chakra, the solar plexus chakra that is the center for lower emotions. If all the chakras and energy channels are clean and bright the physical and emotional health of the body is improved.

Pranic Healing 13

Get More Intelligent

Activation and strengthening of the upper chakras, including crown, ajna, throat and back head minor chakra bring about higher degrees of intelligence. Ajna is the center of abstract thinking while the throat chakra is the center for concrete mind. Crown and back head minor chakra energize the brain. To get more intelligent, lower chakras, including sex chakra should also be healthy and strong.

Pranic Healing 04

Be Our Own Doctor

Pranic Healing techniques teach us how to take care of ourselves, giving us the ability to prevent ailments and improve our health problems using a simple step-by-step procedure. It can be a great complement to our medical treatment.

Pranic Healing 11

Help Others Get Well

Having the knowledge of Pranic Healing, we can help other people with their problems. So by seeing people who are sick and desperate, we won’t feel helpless and pity, as we have a technique to improve their condition. This gives us a greater opportunities for service.

Pranic Healing 06

Familiarize with the World of Energies

Everything in the world is composed of energy and is affected by its rules and principles.  If we understand how energy works, we can understand how things happen and therefore can manage our life better.

Pranic Healing 07

Realize How Our System Works

Pranic Healing teaches us our energetic anatomy, the chakras, the energy channels, the aura and how they affect physical and psychological health.

Pranic Healing 08

Gain Control Over Our Life

If we know how the chakras work and what are the effects of chakras in our daily life in terms of health, relationships, finances and spirituality we gain the control over our life. Chakras are like buttons, whatever effect we want to produce in our life, we need to press the right button; activate the right chakra.

Pranic Healing 09

Achieve a Higher Degree of Sensitivity

By cleansing the aura and activating the heart and crown chakras, we can achieve a higher degree of sensitivity and awareness. Awareness is necessary to hear the whispers of the higher soul. It also gives us greater ability to understand others, even when they don’t express their real self.

Pranic Healing 10

Improve Our Intuition

By activating the crown chakra, we can achieve intuition. Intuition is sometimes called “direct knowing.” It is when you know something without studying, data collection and analysis. Intuitive people are like people who can see! They are able to understand subjects and situations from a deeper level. It is like having inner guidance.

Clear Healing Crystal

Clear quartz is one of the most common crystals used for healing. Because of its colorlessness, which makes it neutral, it is very suitable for advanced healers who make use of color pranas to produce faster and more effective healing results such as Advanced Pranic Healers. Having no color, energy healers and spiritual practitioners often make use of clear quarts in their healing and practices, as it is easy to program and use.

The name of this crystal has come from a German word “quarz,” “zwarc” meaning rock crystal, which was called “twarc” in Middle High German that probably has a West Slavic source, meaning “hard.”

In ancients Greek a perfect clear quartz crystal was called a Crystalos or “Permanent Ice” as it resembled a piece of frozen ice that would never melt.

Quartz is one of the most abundant minerals in the earth, which is made up of a continuous framework of SiO4. There are many different types and varieties of quartz crystals, being used in jewelry industry and healing business.

While clear quartz or rock quartz refers to the colorless types of quartz, common colored varieties of quartz include citrine, rose quartz, amethyst, agate, onyx, jasper, smoky quartz and milky quartz.

Quartz is the most common material believed to be the mystical substance “maban” among the Aboriginals of Australia, which is a material that is magical and the shamans and spiritual elders supposedly derive their magical powers from. It also can be found in passage tomb cemeteries in Europe. In Irish, quartz is called “grian cloch” meaning “Sun Stone.”

Clear quartz crystals come in different forms, sizes and purities. They can be found as tumbled rocks and small points to big clusters and generators. The bigger and purer, the more powerful they become!

Although nowadays synthetic quartz is also quite popular in the market, natural quartz produce a better and more potent effects. Natural clear quartz normally comes with traces of impurities, however it still creates better results in terms of healing and protection than man-made ones with no impurities.

Currently most of the natural clear quartz crystals of the market come from Brazil, United States and China.

The Kings Dream

Chapter One | Story One

.

Once upon a time there was a wise and a noble king. His land was full of trees, plants and flowers, lakes and rivers. The golden sun was always shining in the pure blue sky. The waters were sparkling and the leaves were happy green. Colourful flowers were blossoming everywhere spreading their sweet fragrance. The fluttering of the bright colored butterflies and the chirping of the birds filled the place with joy. His people were once the happiest people in the world and they all loved their king.

.

PranaKids King

.

But nowadays he is not as happy as before.

The farms are getting drier and drier, the winds are not blowing like before and the sun is not always shining. The clouds have spread towards the whole empire and the cold winds are blowing most of the times.

Because of the bad weather, people cannot plant and therefore do not have much food to eat. Famine and draught is spreading to his whole country, leaving the king desperate for help. The king is worried and is thinking about his country and his people all the time.

How to save the country, he whispers to himself.

.

PranaKids Thunder

.

Days are passing all the same and no one seems to know how to help. But one night, when he went to bed after praying for help, he had a dream, a strange but marvelous dream!

In the dream the king saw a sparkling light, huge and extremely bright. Who are you, he asked.

I am here to help you my child, the light answered him in a splendorous way. There is a solution to all your problems and that can be found in a place far far from here.

The king said happily to the light: show me the place, show me the place!

.

PranaKids Dream

.

The place is an island in the heart of an ocean, an ocean so far away and the path is not an easy path, said the light. You have to search for the island yourself and send your people to bring you what you need from the island.

But before you choose who to send, think and think wisely! The island is far far away and the path is not an easy path.

That was the last word the king could remember…

.

.

Notes

The king is the higher soul, who sends the incarnated soul on a journey to evolve, and the island is the earth.

The light is the divine spark and we are all children of God, the most high.

5 Steps towards Prosperity and Abundance

Cherish the Moment

Just as Master Choa Kok Sui has explained, prosperity is a type of energy and therefore it follows the principles of energy such as attraction and repulsion.

To achieve a higher degree of prosperity and abundance therefore, there should be enough prosperity energy in you. Inner sciences in fact propose techniques and practices that enable people attract and store prosperity energy and thereby become more prosperous in the physical world. There is a saying that what you plant in the inner world, you will harvest in the physical world.

“Use the Spiritual Approach. When you change the Inner World, you change the physical world.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Following this principle, there are techniques that can help us plant the right seeds and enjoy the fruits.

Prosperity and Abundance

1. Cleansing

Before we plant any new seed, we must remove the weeds first!

In Pranic Healing that is science dealing with improving the physical and psychological health, cleansing refers to the technique of removing negative energies, thoughts and emotions, before energizing the body with fresh Prana (the life force that keeps the body alive and healthy).

The same approach can be used to attract prosperity!

Before using techniques such as visualization and affirmation to attract what you want, you first need to remove your inner obstacles that prevent you from achieving your goal.

“External obstacles are nothing compared to internal obstacles. Your greatest limitation comes from within, not from without!”

Master Choa Kok Sui

These internal obstacles include, self-defeating thoughts and emotions, negative thoughts and attitudes about money and success, as well as envious thoughts and seeds of stealing.

“Remove your Inner Obstacles, then go for your Target.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

To remove such negative thoughts, attitudes and tendencies techniques such as Pranic Psychotherapy make wonders. Pranic Psychotherapy is basically the application of Pranic Healing dealing with mind and emotions.

There are other techniques such as the Blue Triangle technique, the Whiteboard technique and the Ritual of Sacrifice that can help you purify your system from negative thoughts and emotions that prevent you from achieving prosperity and success that will be discussed in Arhatic Yoga.

Prosperity and Abundance

2. Energizing

Once the system is clean from self-defeating thoughts and obstructing energies, you can start energizing your system with the energies of prosperity and abundance.

You need to build a positive attitude towards life, positive attitude towards money and a good self image. Visualization techniques in this case can help you create strong positive thought forms.

Affirmations also work well in this case to help you create a positive attitude towards you and your life. Besides such techniques, Kriyashakti, known as the science of materialization, which is one of the most effective technologies dealing with success and abundance can help you reach your goals and your target.

“Kriyashakti is manifesting your objective through Thought Power… Magic is the Science of Manifestation using Divine Laws.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Prosperity and Abundance

3. Support the Cleansing and Energizing with Good Karma

You may be doing cleansing and energizing techniques to the letter, but unless you are entitled you will not get what you want.

“Unless your Karma is worked out, you cannot progress.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

You can neutralize your negative karma and create positive karma by applying the Golden Rule. The Golden Rule states that you need to do to others what you want others to do unto you and you should not do to others the things you do not wants others to do unto your!

Following the Golden Rule therefore to attract money, you should give away money! Giving tithing and donation to people in need and charitable organizations in a regular basis will make sure that money flows to you throughout your life.

Another way of creating more positive karma of prosperity is by helping other people to get rich and prosperous by guiding them in the path, helping them to find a proper job and become good in what they do.

“Without Tithing there is less abundance and less Spiritual Growth. You must give in proportion to what you want to receive.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

While you are creating more positive karma of prosperity through giving and sharing, you also need to avoid creating negative karma of poverty by abstaining from stealing and sending envious thoughts to others.

Prosperity and Abundance

4. Save

As you cleanse your system from negative thoughts and attitudes and energize yourself with positive thoughts of prosperity and abundance and you start creating more positive karma, money starts coming to you in abundance.

But be careful not to use all the money immediately!

Don’t make the mistake of buying expensive houses, cars and properties that leave you with greater debt, making it difficult to tithe and donate further!

Save and invest! Stick to your principles and live on a budget.

“Avoid a big overhead or excessive expenses. Avoid financial risks! Ask yourself, If something goes wrong, can I handle the risk?… Knowing how to budget is very important.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Go for your needs rather than your wants.

When you get more prosperous, it is very tempting to spend more on unnecessary items. Before you buy, think twice and use your will to control your emotions and desires.

Prosperity and Abundance

5.Invest

Investing gives you higher opportunities to gain more.

Positive Karma and the energies of prosperity need outlets to reach to you. Think about it, even if you are entitled to win the lottery and you have lots of prosperity karma, unless you buy a ticket, you cannot win! Money needs avenues to come to you.

“If you do not save and invest, there are fewer channels for your Good Karma to manifest.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

By investing in various businesses and areas you increase your chances of getting rich. But before you make an investment think and analyze the business, consult with the right people and make a right decision.

Follow the above four steps to prepare your system to attract more prosperity and then increase your outlets and chances through good investments and you will get rich.

The Kings Call

Chapter One | Story Two

.

On that morning, the king woke up, feeling happy and contented inside.

Soon he asked for his three wise advisors and told them what he saw and what he experienced the night before in his dream with so much excitement and with all the details.

“The key is in an island at the heart of an ocean far, far away,” the King said.

“Do you know where the island is?!”

The three wise advisors kept quiet and looked at each other silently. They didn’t know about the island and its place, and so asked the king for some time. They sat together for hours and hours thinking about the king’s dream. They read lots of old books, studied many ancient stories and meditated for long hours…

.

PranaKids Library

.

Finally one day they found the answer; they found the Island in the heart of an ocean, far, far away!

They rushed back to the King. “This is the place where we need to go my lord,” said one of the wise advisors.

The king smiled in a majestic way.

“Ask everyone to come. We should give my people the good news;” the king said and went to get ready for the big night! The night that could change everything and bring glory back to the land…

.

PranaKids The Island

.

He had to prepare; he had to be strong and present it well. So he wore his most magnificent cloths and chose his precious cane. He put his golden crown on and looked at himself in the mirror. “The old days will soon be back, days of glory and victory,” he whispered, and walked towards the balcony…

.

PranaKids The King and The Mirror

.

The curtains of the balcony moved aside and the king appeared before everyone’s eyes.  The people were surprised by his look; he was so confident and calm, glorious and bright just like the old days.

He proudly looked at the crowd and said: “The solution is found!”

“The key to bring the glory back to our land is in an island far, far away.”

“The path is not an easy path, so I need your help my good people… May the wisest and the strongest among you help me…”

“Who will help me in this mission?! To build our country once again.” The king asked confidently and kept silent. He was expecting many to volunteer, many of his soldiers and powerful men.

.

PranaKids King on Balcony

.

But no one answered the king’s call.

The king looked around and asked twice “Who will help me in this mission?” and again for the third time, but no one raised his hand. The town square was quiet and full of fear and shame…

He nodded his head, “No one?! No one is helping me?!”

“What has happened to you?! The country needs help!” He sighed and whispered sadly.

Disappointed and hopeless, he turned to go back, when he heard a gentle but shaking voice: “I will volunteer my lord…”

A Good Relationship, Completion not Competition

$
0
0

One’s not half of two; two are halves of one.

E.E. Cummings

A good relationship is one of the most valuable assets in life. Think about a time when you were broke and a friend held your hand or when you were down and someone cheered you up… If you think about it, you find your life full of these small and big incidents.

Everyone needs such supports in life. To have many good friends or to be alone, all depends on your attitude. You are the one who attracts or repels.

Just as a good relationship can improve all the aspects of our life and bring good health, happiness and peace of mind, a difficult relationship can be a tremendous drain.

However good relationships don’t just happen! A good relationship is not a competition with a winner after every argument, it is basically a completion and to build a good relationship much patience, love and care is needed from the people involved.

It is therefore necessary to take care of our relationships and look at them as an investment to achieve greater happiness in life.

Remember that always two hands are needed in order to clap. So even if your partner is not willing to improve the relationship, you alone can make a difference. So start today…

Regulate your Expectations

1. Regulate your Expectations and Increase the Love

Most of the times, anger is the result of an unregulated expectation, which threatens the relationships. Just as love strengthens the connection, anger tears it apart.

First of all be realistic about the nature of every relationship. In a close relationship you cannot expect to experience love, peace and agreement all the time. There will be disagreements, disharmony and arguments in any relationship and as your connection gets stronger, the frictions get more.

Don’t break up immediately!

“Relationship problems are like hurricanes. They come and they go.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Some people think that if they need to work on their relationships, then it is not a good relationship for them. There is a saying that “roses always come with thorns!”

No matter how sweet and beloved a person is, there will always be shortcomings. In case of an argument or problem, use love to cool down the situation and improve the condition.

“In marriage, you love a lot and forgive a lot. Love is the lubricant.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Look at life and your relationships realistically. Life is not a fairy tale! In fact problems in relationships happen to make us internally stronger and more compassionate.

Learn from every mistake. Use every difficult situation to help your soul grow.

“A difficult Relationship helps the individual to develop Patience, Tolerance, and Forgiveness.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Build a Good Self-Image

2. Build a Good Self-Image and Be Happy

Sometimes relationships get difficult because one person tends to look at the partner as a source of self validation and interpret every small act as a means of self-sabotaging.

A good self-image is in fact one of the very basic requirements for a healthy and strong relationship. If we cannot love ourselves, how we can expect others to us back?!

“The negative self-image about yourself is not you. The negative image created by other people about you is not you.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Work on your self-image before you involve yourself in any relationship. In fact if you have enough love and respect towards yourself, you have more chances of attracting a better person in your life who shows love and respect to you too.

If you have enough self-confidence, upon making any mistake, you don’t blame your partner to hide yourself from criticism. A good self-image will make you get responsible for your feelings, needs and actions, instead of waiting for your partner to make you feel happy and secure. In fact true happiness comes from within not from without! Loving yourself instead of self-judging and excessive self-criticism can help you in this case.

Remember, everybody makes mistakes.

“Don’t make a big fuss when you make a mistake. Just keep going.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Accepting and loving yourself and your mistakes can further help you accept other people’s mistakes as well. So instead of anger and over criticizing, you will learn to forgive.

Learn to Forgive

3. Learn to Forgive and Let Go

In every relationship, forgiveness is one of the most important factors that determine the state and durability of a relationship.

“You must Learn to Forgive or you will dry up like dead wood…Do not be unhappy. The past is the past! Let go, learn to Forgive and Forget. Let Go and Go on Living!”

Master Choa Kok Sui

We are all from various backgrounds, personalities and preferences and we are all in the process of evolving. Because of all these differences, disagreements happen in any relationship. Sometimes arguments happen just because of misunderstanding and misinterpretation. Upon having any disagreement or argument, it is wiser to think about the matter first before reacting and jumping into conclusion or fight. Put yourself in your partner’s shoes and try to look at the matter from his/her point of view. This will give you a better understanding of the situation and help you forgive easier. Give time to your partner to calm down and relax and then talk about it. Your explanation when your partner is bursting out with emotions won’t help at all.

Once the situation is calm, share your viewpoints and give time to him/her to share. Then forgive each other and move on.

“Forgiveness is not an occasional act, it is a constant attitude.”

Martin Luther King

Also remember that whenever you are facing any problem in your relationships you need to speak it out. When negative emotions and dissatisfactions are piled up, they get like a volcano. If get exploded, it is very difficult to handle. When matters are still small talk and solve them, don’t wait until they get really big.

Be Responsible for Your Actions

4. Be Responsible for Your Actions and Look For Solutions

Relationship is not a war field and sometimes it really doesn’t matter who is right and who is wrong, but doing the right this is what matters the most.

So stop the blaming game, be responsible for your actions and look for solutions. This not only helps your problems get solved faster, but also will teach your partner also to take responsibility for his/her actions.

This is one of the major problems in relationships as no one likes to be at blame all the time. In fact problems in life and in relationships happens. No one is perfect and every body is bound by his/her imperfections. Even sometimes it is not anyone’s fault. So instead of putting so much time and focus on the problems, focus on the solutions. After all, problems in life are supposed to make us grow and growing implies times, process and lots of mistakes.

Count Every Moment

5. Count Every Moment and Make it Fun

Often people take their loved-ones for granted, as they assume that they always have their love, so they feel secure. Unfortunately this happens with many people.

“In all affairs it’s a healthy thing now and then to hang a question mark on the things you have long taken for granted.”

Bertrand Russell

To keep the love and sweetness active in every relationship it is therefore important to show that you always care. Spending quality time together is in fact one of the factors that nourishes your relationship and strengthens your connection.

Especially after marriage and getting busy, people tend to spend less quality time. No matter how busy you get, it is still important to make time for your partner, to be together, to talk, play, laugh and love.

Try to have fun together in a regular basis. Getting crazy sometimes doesn’t hurt. Put some effort to revive the joyful feeling that you had when you first felt in love with you partner. Don’t let your passion and love subside because of regularity. Treat your partner in such a way that you never think that you could give more. Every moment matters!

Now at the holiday season let us share with our little ones the significance of some of the elements that are widely used as Christmas symbols. Let us spread the light of these holy days and cherish the moments we have together…

Happy Holidays…

Tree

I am an evergreen tree, fresh, pure and strong; everlasting just like God. Alive all year round…

Star

I represent the great light that led the shepherds and the wise men to baby Jesus. I point to the fulfillment of God’s promise to send a savior – “God’s only Son had been born!”

Bell

I jingle all season long to spread joy and happiness, love and generosity… I jingle to say Christmas is here wherever I go.

Angel

I am an Angel, and I bring all the good news from God… Just like the Birth of our Lord Jesus! We sang “Glory to God” in the highest! “Peace and the will to do good to everyone on earth!”

Santa

I represent the spirit of giving (generosity and the will to do good.) God gave us the gift of his son because he loved us and knew we needed that love.

Gifts

God deeply loves all his people; so he send us Jesus as a gift… That’s why we give and share what we love as gifts at Christmas time. It’s to show our love for one another.

Socks

Tonight I am filled with gifts and treats for all the little ones; and in the morning I will put a sweet smile on their beautiful faces… I show that even the emptiest heart can be filled to the top with Jesus’ love!

Cane

I am just like the letter “J” as in Jesus, and remind people of the staffs the shepherds carried to rescue sheep strayed from the flock… God never gives up on his people who wander from Him. My red stripes remind people of Jesus’ blood and my Green, for that hope, that he always gives to us; my white – for His Purity and Light.

Life is Beautiful!!!

“Life is a song – sing it. Life is a game – play it. Life is a challenge – meet it. Life is a dream – realize it. Life is a sacrifice – offer it. Life is love – enjoy it.”

Sai Baba

Life is full of colors, good and bad experiences and many lessons that each experience brings along to teach. Life is not a lonely sad story, but a song full of joy, friends and love. It all depends on us how to look at it and how to live it to the fullest.

Many people come to our lives and share some moments with us to reach a purpose, accomplish a task or finish an unfinished business; some stay longer and some go fast.

In such a short life that we have, it is good thus to try to get the most out of our moments of being together. It is not worthy living in pain, sorrow and loneliness, when all we need to improve the quality of our relationships is just three simple elements.

.

Love

Love

.

“Love is life. And if you miss love, you miss life.”

Leo Buscaglia

Love is the foundation of every relationship, which binds everything else together. In every relationship and encounter, love is the touch that attracts and connects. Often people get to attracted to the ones that have a big heart.

In order to receive love, the basic rule is that you need to give love first. It is impossible to send anger and hatred and expect the other person to love you back!

Give someone love and see how they bloom!

So start today. Give out love and see how love comes back to you. Love is in fact therapeutic. The reason behind many emotional and psychological problems of today is lack of love!

“Love is the food that will make your Soul grow.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Love yourself as well as others. When you accept and love yourself, it will be easier to accept and love others. When there is so much love, criticism will be minimised automatically. So one of the means of attaining harmony in every relationship is to increase the love. With love, also comes respect.

“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”

Lao Tzu

.

Sacrifice

Sacrifice

.

“True love is selfless. It is prepared to sacrifice.”

Sadhu Vaswani

With love, comes sacrifice. Love is just a good feeling. When love becomes an action, it manifests as sacrifice.

True love gives you the ability to sacrifice what you want, for the sake of what the other person wants. True love is selfless and gives without expectations.

When there is love in a relationship, there will be extreme openness and sacrifice, which strengthens the foundation of the relationship. Even if it starts with only one person sacrificing, in the long run it will penetrate and affect the other person as well. With love also comes responsibility and trust.

“Love always involves responsibility, and love always involves sacrifice.”

William Barclay

Sacrifice is basically for the sake of the union, which is far more important than one’s likes or dislikes. When one sacrifices selflessly, at that sacred moment, it does not matter if the other person comes to know or not, if he looses his pride or not or if he gets the blame or not. Sacrifice is a virtue that trains us to become selfless and act for the sake of a sacred virtue than for worldly desires.

“When you make the sacrifice in marriage, you’re sacrificing not to each other but to unity in a relationship.”

Joseph Campbell

.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness

.

“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”

Mahatma Gandhi

There are times when relationships become sour and difficult. Forgiveness is the remedy. Let’s be realistic. No one is perfect and everyone make mistakes; so problems and arguments are unavoidable parts of every relationship. Inability to forgive and forget just makes us have a hard time. So the best way to get along with problems is to forgive, forget and learn the lessons!

“To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.”

Lewis B. Smedes

Forgiveness is not about who is right and who is wrong. It is a right thing to do by releasing the anger and resentment that makes us get boiling inside. Forgiveness is therapeutic. When someone is offended, he keeps on thinking about the offender and the unhappy experience over and over again, which leaves him angry, sad and often irritated. In fact resentment is one of the reasons behind many severe physical problems such as kidney failure. The key to escape from feeling unhappy is in fact forgiveness.

“Do not be unhappy. The past is the past! Let go, learn to Forgive and forget. Let Go and Go on Living!”

Master Choa Kok Sui

The bottom line is problems happen in every relationship. We have a choice to solve the problems and make the relationship better or escape to another relationship. The lessons won’t change until we learn and move on. Based on many people’s experiences, changing relationships simply doesn’t work, until the lesson is learnt!

As we can create disharmony and break a relationship, we also have the power to improve and strengthen the connection.

The choice is always ours!

The First Volunteer

Chapter One | Story Three

.

The voice came from a distance once more, “I will volunteer myself!”

The king turned around and searched for the voice. Expecting to see one of his powerful men, he saw a young and tender elephant girl.

“You?!” The king asked… He looked puzzled.

“How could this be possible?! The island is so far away and the path is not an easy path! You cannot go there little girl…” He grumbled and went inside the palace.

The elephant shouted again, “I will volunteer my lord! Let me go! I will volunteer for the sake of my country!” But the King didn’t come out. She felt heart broken for a moment and kept silent… while the crowd started to disappear.

.

Desperate and disappointed, the king took his crown off, and laid down on his bed, thinking about his dream, his country and his people. “How to save the country when no one is willing to take the mission?!” He sighed and went to sleep.

Few days passed by, with the country being in a deep silence. Draught and hunger was increasing and sadness was spreading further.

.

.

Meanwhile the little elephant girl was thinking about the mission and the island over and over again. She really wanted to do something from the bottom of her heart. She was willing to sacrifice her whole life to help her people, but there was no way the king would accept her. She even tried going to the palace asking to see the king, but she didn’t get the permission.

Days just passed in misery and sadness. The king could not stand still and watch his country fade away in front of his eyes. So he made up his mind. He had to do something.

“Bring the elephant girl,” he told his soldiers.

“Do you know that the island might be a dangerous place?!” King asked the elephant. “How will you survive?!”

The little elephant girl was calm and determined, she answered “My lord, I would do whatever possible to bring happiness to my country. I love my people and even if I don’t come back, I still would like to do my part, if you give me the chance.”

The king was touched by the little girl’s love and care for the country and the people. He looked deep into her eyes and smiled. “But you cannot go alone, my little one. You need to take a friend with you.”

“But how can I find a good friend who is willing to risk his life for this mission?” the elephant asked.

“Bring three of your friends and let my advisors choose the best one. I will give them a priceless prize and a wonderful title if they agree to join you,” King said to the elephant.

Throughout the following week, the little elephant asked help from many of her friends, her family and neighbors. She knocked on every door and asked every person she saw on her way, but there was no answer. She could not find anyone to go with her to the island.

.

PranaKids Elephant Reflection

.

Desperate and sad she was sitting by the river looking at her own reflection on the water when she heard two familiar voices. “We will come with you to the king”…

.

.

Notes

The elephant girl is the symbol of the incarnated soul volunteering to go to the island, the physical plane. She is symbolising the soul with ray 2 quality, which is love.

Know Your Onions!

Onion, often being called “the king of vegetables” because of its pungent taste, is a member of the lily family. Onion is famous for its numerous health benefits and its ability to fight against various types of diseases.

Never mind the tears they bring, current researches strongly suggest the consumption of at least one allium vegetable, such as onion, in our meal every day. Allium vegetables, such as garlic and onion, have high amounts of beneficial sulfur compounds that basically give them their distinctive flavor and aroma.

Similar to garlic, onion is known for its effectiveness in treating variety of cardiovascular ailments, infections, inflammations, insomnia and pains. It is also a powerful substance in regulating the blood sugar and reducing the risk of gastric ulcers and cancers.

Nutrients available in onion include vitamin C, fiber, molybdenum, manganese, vitamin B6, folate, potassium and tryptophan.

From an energetic point of view, onion is a source rich in orange prana, which besides its physical nutrients, is the reason behind most of its health benefits.

Orange prana is basically a cleansing prana. It has expelling and eliminating effects. Orange prana is also diuretic and anti-constipation. It can be used to cleanse the body from toxins, dirty congested energies and infections.

In traditional herbal medicine, onion is considered a “hot and dry” food and it was commonly used to treat gas pain, constipation, heart ailments, kidney stones, skin wrinkles and lines, respiratory infections and insect bites. Because of its diuretic properties, onion was also used in treating urinary ailments. It was also considered helpful in opening the obstructed arteries and reducing cholesterol level.

Furthermore traditionally it was believed that onion is aphrodisiac. Therefore its intake was not allowed for certain groups of spiritual practitioners.

Overtaking onion might create complications especially for people with loose bowel movement, vomiting, pregnant women and dying patients, as too much orange prana may aggravate their problem and affect the unborn child. In general it is recommended to add onion to our daily diet in moderation for maximum benefit.

In general onion helps in:

1. Improving the Cardiovascular System – Researches done on animals and humans, show that the sulfur content of onions can work as an anti-clotting substance and therefore can help to prevent the unwanted clumping of platelets of the blood. In fact the orange prana in onions generally has the great cleansing and de-congesting ability that can create anti-clotting properties.

2. Preventing Heart Attack – Because of anti blood-clotting properties, thinning the blood, lowering the blood cholesterol and the blood pressure, onion is considered a powerful vegetable in treating heart ailments such as coronary artery disease, and preventing heart attacks. Multiple studies prove that onion is indeed helpful in providing protection for the heart and blood vessels when consumed in a diet full of other vegetables and fruits.

The orange prana in this case also helps in cleansing the blood vessels and arteries from congested energies that in the long run creates obstruction.

Because of its helpfulness in treating heart ailments, Dr. Victor Gurewich of Harvard, advises all his patients with coronary artery disease to include onion in their daily diet.

3. Cleansing the Body and Purifying the Blood – Because of its abundance in orange prana, onion is helpful in cleansing the body in general and the internal organs, as well as purifying the blood. Therefore onion intake is considered beneficial in treating a wide of range of ailments such as asthma, respiratory infections, inflammations and gastrointestinal ailments.

4. Treating Infections and Inflammations – Onion can fight infections such as Escherichia coli, salmonella, tuberculosis and urinary tract infections. Yet again because of its orange prana, it is considered a good remedy to cleanse the body from various types of infections. The anti-inflammatory agents in onion can help in improving ailments such as arthritis and gout.

5. Improving the Immune System – Vitamin C which is available in onion, improves the body’s immunity level and defense mechanism. The pungency of onion increases blood circulation and therefore makes us sweat; orange prana also when spread in the aura causes sweating. Sweating not only removes the toxins and used up energies from the body, which improves the immune system, but also reduces the body temperature to fight fever. Therefore onion is good for fever, flu and cold. Just bare this in mind that too much onion in case of gastrointestinal infection and the fever caused by it, is not  advisable.

6. Cancer Protection – Onions have been shown successful in lowering the risk of several cancers when taken in moderation, including ovarian cancer, laryngeal cancer and colorectal cancer. It is believed that a powerful compound in onions called quercetin, is one of the main reasons behind its cancer fighting qualities. Furthermore in some researches done on lab animals, organosulfur compounds of onions have shown effective in preventing cancer.

In addition, shallot also has shown effective against leukemia in mice.

7. Regulating Blood Sugar – Studies on lab animals including rats, show that onions can balance the blood sugar level. Onions contain chromium that can work to improve the cell’s response to insulin and therefore assist in regulating the blood sugar. Therefore onion is useful in fighting against type-2 diabetes. In addition to limiting the intake of fats and sugars, including onion to the diet can help reduce the risk of diabetes.

8. Treating Respiratory Ailments – Onion is helpful in treating a wide range of respiratory ailments such as flu, common cold, asthma and tuberculosis. In traditional herbal treatment it is recommended to mix an equal amounts of onion juice and honey and take 3-4 teaspoons daily. It helps to liquefy mucus and reverent its further formation.

Vitamin C and orange prana in onion, basically help to strengthen the immune system and cleanse the body from toxins.

9. Regulating the Cholesterol Level and Blood Pressure – Raw onions encourage the production of HDL cholesterol, which in return keeps the heart healthy.

Sulfur compounds in onions can lower the cholesterol and triglycerides levels and also improve cell membrane function in red blood cells. Whether taken raw or cooked, onions also lower the blood pressure. They also helps to thin the blood and dissolve blood clots and clear the blood of unhealthy fats that are the results of disintegrating, expelling and eliminating effects of the orange prana.

10. Reducing the Risk of Gastric Ulcer – Onions, due to the cleansing property of orange prana, sweeps away free radicals, thereby reducing the risk of developing gastric ulcers.

Onions furthermore are used in treating digestion problems and constipation.

11. Treating Sexual Debility – Traditionally onion was believed to be aphrodisiac. It basically stands second to garlic. Therefore onions, can be used to increase sexual potency.

12. Improving Urinary Ailments – Orange prana in onion has diuretic properties and therefore can help counter fluid retention and urinary gravel.

Although most of the facts mentioned above have scientific reasons behind them, these qualities are either directly or indirectly related to the qualities of orange prana that is abundantly available in onion. The quality of all color pranas and their effects on the human body have been completely explained in Advanced Pranic Healing by Master Choa Kok Sui.

Benefits of Meditating During Full Moon

Unleash the Power

Meditation is one of the most beneficial acts during the full moon and one of the potent methods of service to humanity and to mother earth. During meditation basically the mind of the meditator becomes a channel to receive the energies of divine light, love and power and later distribute it to a family, community and further to the whole humanity. The moment of full moon every month therefore, offers greatest opportunities for meditation, not only to cultivate personal benefits but also to take part in the manifestation of the Divine Plan on earth.

Although any time of year is good for meditation and people who are ready and available can tap into the energies of the divine, there are energy cycles that make this easier and more powerful, and full moon is one of them.

“The twelve annual Festivals will constitute a revelation of divinity.”

Alice A. Bailey

The magnifying effects of full moons have long been known and emphasized throughout history, evidences of which can be found in folklore literature as well as many spiritual textbooks.

In fact the moon itself doesn’t have much influence on creating this energetic cycle, “but the fully-lighted orb of the moon indicates a free and unimpeded alignment between our planet and the sun, the solar center, the energy source for all life on Earth. At such times we can make a definite approach to God, the Creator, the center of life and intelligence.”

Therefore full moon has always been a sacred time for spiritual practices in many ancient religions and cultures. In fact it is believed that full moon is both a time of crisis and a time of opportunity. Because of its magnifying effects on earth and its people, it has been observed by generations that whatever activity is being done during the full moon, will be magnified in effect and intensity. More accidents, more child deliveries and more psychological disturbances are often being reported during full moons. In Buddhism different phases of Lord Buddha’s life and development are all believed to happen in full moon days.

Furthermore because of the moon’s astrological characteristics and effects on mind and emotions, often during the full moon period people tend to get more sensitive and often witness more emotional and relationship problems compared to normal times of the year. That is one of the reasons why insanity is also called lunacy!

One of the means to neutralize such influences during the full moon is therefore practicing meditation and purification.

In fact meditating during full moon has been recommended from long ago, which can help us harness the magnifying effects of the full moon for greater spiritual activities and helping the mother earth.

Besides the calming and uplifting effects of meditation, which can best neutralize the unfavorable effects of the full moon, many other benefits can be cultivated through meditation such as:

.

001 Benefits of Meditating During Full Moon

Deeper Purification

.

“Meditation has a purifying effect. It strengthens your connection to your Higher Soul.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Meditation in general helps to activate the crown chakra and bring down greater amounts of divine energy into the system, which even get stronger in the time of the full moons. Divine energy basically has consciousness of its own and therefore gradually flushes out negative thoughts, emotions and energies from the practitioner’s aura and the chakras. The effect is not only improved physical and emotional health, but also clarity of mind, better self-esteem and greater peace and happiness.

.

002 Benefits of Meditating During Full Moon

Greater Spiritual Experiences

.

In order to have spiritual experiences, first of all the body, mind and emotions should be relatively calm. Therefore it is good to prepare the body and mind before starting the meditation that is normally done by the groups before the full moon meditation begins.

“Preparation for Meditation is as important as the Meditation itself.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Furthermore spiritual energy is needed to raise the consciousness and develop the ability to fly in the inner world.

“Spiritual energy makes the techniques work.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

During the full moon meditation, especially if the meditation is being done in a group, more divine energies will flow to the practitioners and thereby making it easier to have experiences that might be difficult to have when meditating alone on other times of the year.

.

003 Benefits of Meditating During Full Moon

Faster Manifestation of Wishes

.

In order to manifest a wish or materialize a plan, we need to stuff it with enough energy. Wish or plan is in fact a thought form created by us that has a shape, clarity and life span. In order to increase its potency and life span we need to stuff the thought form with enough energy.

“Materialization requires energy.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

After the full moon meditation, if the written wish or plan gets energized or blessed by the practitioners individually, or by the group it will turn into a powerful and more long lasting thought form that has greater power to influence the physical world. The result is normally faster manifestation of wishes and plans.

.

004 Benefits of Meditating During Full Moon

Greater Chance for World Service

.

Full moon is basically one of the opportunities for world service. When people of good will and the will to do good come together and meditate, they become channels to receive and bring down divine energies of light, love and power and pass them on to every person and every being on earth.

When divine energies are directed to humanity and mother earth, especially the people in need and the areas affected by wars and natural and man-made calamities, they can bring about relief, peace and upliftment.

If fact full moon is one of the greatest opportunities of world service that is given to groups of men and women of good will to become active channels to help people in need and help in the manifestation of the Divine Plan.

The Great Invocation is one of the potent prayers that can be recited after the group meditation to further bless the earth.

.

005 Benefits of Meditating During Full Moon

Spiritual Empowerment

.

“Meditation speeds up the evolutionary process by gradually purifying negative tendencies.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

During the full moon, lots of divine energies enter the body through the spiritual cord, which acts as a communication channel between the person and the divine. When the body is filled with spiritual energy, the size of the energy channels, also known as meridians or nadis, gets thicker allowing more energy to circulate in a faster rate. Divine energy also cleanses the chakras and activates them. The effect is spiritual empowerment.

“To a large extent, Spiritual Development is Energy.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Once the size of the energy body and the diameter of the chakras increase, we will get empowered. Chakras basically affect us physically, psychologically and spiritually, as each chakra functions at all these three levels. So when chakras get bigger, you will notice improvement in various parts of life. While a bigger Ajna chakra, manifest as greater will power, a bigger Throat chakra brings about more creativity and a bigger Heart chakra, more love and compassion.

Divine energy also helps to transform and regulate the lower nature.

“Transformation occurs when a greater quantity of Soul Energy descends into the lower chakras and regulate them. Another term for regulating the lower chakras is Self-Mastery.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Spiritual empowerment is basically more precious and long lasting than ordinary physical achievements that will vanish after dying, and full moon meditation is one of the easiest avenues towards achieving it.

.

006 Benefits of Meditating During Full Moon

Energy Anchoring

.

Meditation if done in any place, will anchor the divine energies that have been brought down, in that place. Especially if done in a group and during full moon time, when the effects are magnified, through meditation the meditating place will get blessed with positive energies of divine light, love, power, peace, joy and compassion.

Repeated group meditation in any place, tend to anchor lots of divine energies in that place, which in return can attract higher beings and angels to that place.

In fact this is one of the reasons why the function of the sites where temples, churches, synagogues or mosques are built should not be changed afterwards.

.

007 Benefits of Meditating During Full Moon

Recharged Body

.

Divine energy when received by the practitioner, will get absorbed by the energy body and the chakras, transforming their quality and improving their functions. Divine energy because of its color and quality, have a lot of healing power. When absorbed by the body it brings about greater physical health for the body. Furthermore divine energy increases the immunity and defense mechanism, which help the body fight infection and various diseases in a better and more effective way.

Increased rate of energy circulation in the energy channels and the chakras also appears as more stamina and recharged body.

Full Moon meditation if done in a group can even create a far greater effect as the group’s synergy can bring down more divine energy compared to an individual.

The Meditation on Twin Hearts is one of the best choices to be conducted in groups during the full moon time, as it is a guided meditation that creates better avenues for the practitioners to become channels of divine light, love and power to flow to the earth and every person and every being residing in it. It is therefore not only elevates the meditators personally, but also make them channels of mercy and peace on earth.

The 3 Types of Will

$
0
0

A Power Within!

Will in general refers to a diligent purposefulness or determination to do something such as will to exercise regularly or will to win a competition. It is also commonly used to indicate self-control or self-discipline in case of will to overcome a weakness such as addiction. In fact “will” refers to exerting some kind of power to achieve a desire, work or purpose or overcome a weakness or undesirable condition.

But where is this source of power located?!

Will is not something physical and therefore could not be located in any physical organ of the body. Looking at energy body and the chakras however, sources of this innate power can be identified and introduced!

Emotional Will

The Emotional Will

The first chakra, dealing with will power is the Solar Plexus chakra. Solar Plexus chakra in esoteric teachings and Pranic Healing is known as the center for lower emotions from courage, strength and perseverance to anger and hatred.

It means that Solar Plexus chakra basically deals with emotions! It is the center for both positive and negative lower emotions. Desire to win is basically one of the examples of positive lower emotions.

Emotional will in this case is controlled and stimulated by the Solar Plexus chakra.

When we desire to have something or accomplish a task, our emotional will is stimulate by our desire and this type of will that helps us act towards reaching the desired object comes from the Solar Plexus chakra. Examples of this kind of will is desire to buy an ice cream or desire to get famous. Sometimes no matter how hard it is, because of the strong desire, we put so much effort in achieving the desired object or task.

Such kind of will is also called the lower will, since it is driven by emotions rather than intelligence, and is mainly the will center of the masses.

Although it is called the lower will, it is still necessary to achieve success, especially when much perseverance and courage is needed.

“In general, the masses are emotionally driven. Therefore, the Solar Plexus chakra is where the lower will is located; it is the will center of the masses. This is why in Kabbalah, the Solar Plexus chakra is also called Strength.”

Master choa Kok Sui

Mental Will

The Mental Will

In more developed people, emotions are most of the times controlled by the mental faculty and the intelligence.

For this kind of people, it is not the matter of what they want to do, but the matter of what needs to be done! Emotional desire and selfishness is no more the driving force but the intelligence.

This kind of mental will, comes from the Ajna chakra, which is known as the center for higher mental faculty and active intelligence.

When Ajna chakra is strong enough, it can regulate and control the emotional will and therefore lead the person to take decisions mainly based on knowledge and logic rather than desires and emotions. When the Solar Plexus chakra is controlled by the Ajna chakra, the emotions will work under the guidance of the intelligence; or in the other words the “lower will” will get aligned with the “higher will.”

Ajna chakra can basically be used to will or direct the activities of other people as well. CEO’s, directors and managers whose job is to direct people should therefore have an activated and strong Ajna chakra.

This kind of will, which comes from the Ajna chakra is also known as the intelligent will, since it is based on logic and rationale.

“The Ajna chakra is the center for active directing will, which is based on intelligence. It is intelligent will – the higher type of will.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Will to do Good

The Will to Do Good

In many esoteric books and spiritual systems, Crown chakra is known as the will center. From the Crown chakra in fact the third type of will is originated.

The Crown chakra as explained by Master Choa Kok Sui, is the center for Divine Love or Universal Love. This kind of universal love when gets developed, leads to acting for the good of humanity and world peace.

Therefore Crown chakra is the center for the “will to do good” and the right divine motive.

When the Crown chakra is sufficiently activated, the spiritual practitioner will unceasingly start to serve others. This is often called as becoming a servant of God or the divine or becoming a light-worker, as an activated Crown chakra cannot just keep quiet when it sees people are suffering, it will force the person to start helping and serving the people in need. This type of will is basically the highest type and is known as the “will to do good.”

“Kether (Crown chakra) is the center of divine love, manifesting as the will to love, the will to manifest goodness, and the will to do good.”

The Companion

Chapter One | Story Four

.

“Don’t you worry? We will come with you to the King.” She heard a voice coming from her back.

Feeling excited and surprised she turned around and saw two familiar faces…

After days and days of searching for a companion, the little elephant girl finally found two friends who agreed to help her in this mission: the bull who had a feeling of love for the little girl from long ago and the snake who was amazed and captivated by the prize and the title.

She was so happy; and shouted: “let’s go to the King my dear friends;” with excitement; “the journey can now begin.”

At the castle, the king was sitting on his throne thinking about the future of his land while he saw the little elephant running towards the castle with excitement along with 2 of her friends.

.

The King and The Volunteers

.

“My Lord, we are here to help the elephant. We would seek your approval to participate in this important mission.” Said the bull confidently.

The king looked at them and smiled. “Thank you for volunteering dear ones,” he replied. “But only one of you can go. We will need to have a discussion and the one who is chosen, shall follow the elephant to the island!”

Soon after the talk, the king asked for his three wise advisors to meet with papers and pens to see who is qualified to accompany the little girl to the island.

They discussed for hours and hours analyzing each of them carefully from various angles, evaluating the advantages, disadvantages and consequences of choosing each one of them.

They started with the bull.

.

The Bull

.

“The bull is powerful, courageous and tough,” they said, “but he might not be intelligent enough. He is blinded by his love towards the elephant.”

“What if his love goes away or fades during their mission? Will he still continue?”

“The bull has so much of anger and resentment within him as well, that could make him act strange and extreme and could tear the whole mission apart.”

On the other hand there was the snake, who was very intelligent but not physically strong.

.

The Snake

.

“His motive for volunteering for the mission was selfish;” they continued; “to get the prize and the title promised by the King. He did not have much care for the elephant girl nor the country, rather for his own accomplishment.”

However there was something about the snake that made the wise advisors think deeper; “above his selfish motive however, is his strong aim for accomplishing the mission and he knows that this cannot be done alone!” they pointed out.

They believed that his intelligence, knowledge and his ability to plan ahead was a very strong advantage over the bull, who was only physically very powerful…

They had made their decision and so stepped outside to the hall and looked at the King with satisfaction; then they faced the volunteers and gently said: “We have decided to choose the snake to assist the elephant girl in the mission as he will be a smart and intelligent friend that would become helpful on the way.”

“Bull, you are very strong and tough, but there are some qualities that you must develop before heading for such a journey. You should learn to control your feelings like anger, stubbornness and resentment, which could make the team fail in an important and long mission like this.”

While listening to the 3 wise advisors, the bull’s eyes became red; he started to brush his feet on the ground with anger and suddenly ran as fast as he could out from the castle.

The Snake Dreaming

.

The snake smiled silently and mysteriously. He could visualize himself getting the prize and above that the title from the King very soon. “I am going to become very rich, very famous;” he whispered to himself. He was lost dreaming about his bright future, when the strong and loud voice of the King brought him back to the present.

“You will soon save your country from all the difficulties. Get ready!”

.

Notes

The snake along with the elephant girl symbolize the incarnated souls volunteering to go to the island, the physical plane. The snake is a soul with ray 3 quality which is active intelligence and the elephant, as stated before is a soul with ray 2 quality which is love.

3 Important Questions to Ask Yourself Every Day

Divine Light, Love and Power!

“At the end of the day, the questions we ask of ourselves determine the type of people that we will become.”

Leo Babauta

They say, have a purpose to achieve everyday. Without purpose and resolution, days just pass by without much progress.

Every day we are given new opportunities to evolve, chances of experiencing what we have not yet tried, chances of loving more and giving more. Whether we make use of these opportunities or not depends on us. Depends on if we are ready and prepared and depends on our motif.

If our motif is to grow and evolve, 3 questions can help us gauge our days and our achievements.

.

How to Learn!?

How to Learn

.

Life is all about learning lessons, it is all about going forward, to grow and to evolve. Some people learn the lessons faster, and some slower. Some use other people’s lives and experiences to learn easier and some stick to what life brings for them to experience.

Whether fast or slow, we all need to walk this path and one day reach the apex of life.

The ones who grow faster than others, are usually the ones who observe more, think more and learn more.

Learning comes from the Light aspect of the soul, the intelligence, and can therefore remove ignorance. In order to look for lessons and learn from them, there should be a degree of awareness in us. Awareness gives us the ability to observe what is happening within and without. Without awareness, change is not possible.

“Without awareness there is no inner transformation. Without inner reflection there will be no awareness… Awareness is necessary for Spiritual Evolution.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

One of the techniques that can help us observe and learn from our mistakes, is to spend some time before sleep, looking at the day spent and try to analyze it. Think of the good deeds as well as the mistakes. Think what each person and incident brought along to teach; take note of the lessons and forget the unhappy events.

After all we all make mistakes… the point is to learn from them and keep going forward.

.

How to Love!?

How to Love

.

“To be smart is good, but you must also have a good heart.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

The love aspect of the soul can grow by loving and caring. As a being of divine love our actions, words and deeds should be filled with love towards our fellow men at the first step and finally towards every person and every being.

Love is necessary for spiritual development. Without love, experiencing divine oneness is not possible. Love activates the Heart chakra. Without activation of the Heart, the Crown chakra cannot be developed and unless the Crown chakra is activated, divine union is impossible.

Our current society needs love! The reason behind many psychological disorders, disputes and wars is basically lack of love, lack of human contact. Love is therapeutic; it can bring peace and stillness.

“Loving Energy is real! It can be used to neutralize antagonistic energy. The antidote for cruelty is Loving-Kindness and Non-Injury. Without love, there is only criticism, hatred and anger.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Showing love not only nurtures the people around you, but also nourishes you at the first place. Love is often described as food that makes our chakras big and vibrant.

You don’t even need to search for people to love. There are many people out there that need love and affection.

Be generous! Share love and see how you will be filled with love.

“Where there is love there is life.”

Mahatma Gandhi

.

How to Serve!?

How to Serve

.

“The high destiny of the individual is to serve rather than to rule.”

Albert Einstein

The purpose of life and evolution is not basically to achieve bliss, nirvana and oneness and STOP! The greater purpose is to become a better instrument to serve. Good will, love and care is not enough. There should be the will to do good as well; the will to create a change.

Service basically activates the will aspect of the soul.

“The difference between a person who gets things done and who does not is Will Power. With Inner Power you can do great things. What is possible or not possible is within you.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

As a being of divine power, we have the ability to create change in the world towards a better future and “too push the human race forward.”

There are actually many opportunities to serve!  Whenever we encounter a person or a group of people we have an opportunity of service. Ask yourself, how you can help and whom you can serve in every situation?

Service not only activates our will and awakens our inner power, but also helps our chakras to develop muscles.

As emphasized by many spiritual teachers, stimulated size of the chakras after meditation is different from their functional size! In order to keep them permanently activated, we need to do service.

“Doing Service is a faster way to develop than meditating alone in the mountains!”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Service makes us a channel, increases our inner power and empowers us. Bigger chakras carry bigger responsibilities…

So let’s constantly Learn, Love and Serve!

The Language of Symbols!

As stated in the previous post about Symbols in general looking at symbols or even photos and statues that symbolize a specific concept provoke certain feelings, ideas and memories and therefore affect us in numerous ways.

Our human body is a complex bioplasmic field. Every chakra has consciousness of its own. Even the tiniest cells in our body have consciousness and are therefore responsive to orders and feelings.

Symbols in this case, by stimulating certain thoughts and feelings create various effects in the body.

Based on the Principle of Correspondence, what affects the energy body, affects the physical body as well. Inauspicious symbols in this case are the ones that provoke sadness, depression and pessimism, which in return attract bad luck while auspicious ones stimulate positive vitalizing feelings that in return bring more success, happiness and abundance.

In Feng Shui and Vastu Shastra the symbols and pictures that create a positive feeling, either by signifying a spiritual value, a natural element or a cultural event are considered auspicious. The symbols and decorative element mainly revolve around subjects of prosperity, protection, spirituality, peace and happiness.

- One of the commonly used auspicious symbols is the picture of running horses. The horses should be placed in such away as though they are running into the house or the office. This symbol basically means that abundance and prosperity is flowing in abundance into the house. It therefore provokes a feeling of dynamism and activity. Therefore it can be placed in the living room, office, entrance hall, but not inside the bedroom or meditation rooms where stillness is required.

- Another auspicious symbol is the photo or statue of an elephant. Elephant is the symbol of strength and family life as elephants are basically family-oriented. Therefore it is an auspicious symbol to be used in the house.

- Fo Lu Shou, which is the statue of 3 old wise men in also extremely auspicious in the Chinese culture. These three wise men are basically 3 gods that represent long life, wealth and good fortune or happiness. Therefore it is considered auspicious to be used as a decorative element for the house or business.

- Fruits, breads and vegetables are symbols of abundance and prosperity; thereby looking at them can help to attract the energy of prosperity. Blossoming flowers, fertile farms, big healthy trees and floriferous plants are all among the auspicious photos that can be used to decorate our homes, especially the dining area.

- Statues or photos of great souls, spiritual teachers and saints attract the energies of spirituality and wisdom and therefore can be used in meditation rooms or studying areas to activate the upper chakras.

- Wu Lou is a Chinese statue that is often used as the symbol of good health and longevity. Wu Lou is believed to contain the Elixir of Immortality and therefore looking at it is believed to provoke a feeling of good health and long life for the whole family.

- The Dragon-headed Tortoise is another auspicious Feng Shui symbol, which is a mystical creature. It basically combines the power of the dragon, symbolizing success, courage and determination, and the steadiness of the tortoise, signifying longevity. Being seated on a bed of gold coins, it is considered as a symbol to bring tremendous amounts of prosperity, success and good fortune.

- The Mystical knot is the symbol of endless abundance. Mystical knot is a composition of several eternity symbols tied together in such a way that there is not a beginning, neither an end to it. The Indians believe that this knot is the favorite emblem of Lord Lakshmi, who is the goddess of wealth.

- Picture of the lotus is the symbol of activated crown chakra and therefore represents universal love and spirituality. It is thus auspicious to be used for meditation room, main hall and entrance. When the lotus blooms, it signifies a happy occasion.

- The pair of Golden fishes symbolically signifies life and happiness, fertility and abundance. In China fish is believed to swim in pairs and a pair of fish signifies unity. Goldfish in fact is auspicious in many cultures including Persia, Egypt and South Asia.

- The White Umbrella is a traditional symbol of protection. It signifies being royal which brings great honors and recognition. In Tibetan Buddhism The White Umbrella Goddess is believed to be protected against any form of black magic and evil spirits.

Journey to The Island

Chapter One | Story Five

.

The yellow sun was shining so bright in the deep blue sky, cool winds were blowing and the green leaves were dancing in the air. The smell of jasmines and lilies were everywhere… It was a good day to start the journey.

As the little cute elephant girl and the smart and intelligent snake were packing their bags to start their travel through the oceans and the jungles to find the island, they saw the king walking slowly towards them.

He looked them in the eye. His eyes were wet with tears of joy and respect. He held their hands in his warm and senile hands and told them how much their effort means to him and to the country. He then gave each, a beautiful diary book and an elegant golden pen.

“Write what you see, what you feel and what you experience in this diary book everyday my dear ones, and bring it back with you to the kingdom.”

He then hugged them and walked them to the balloon.

.

.

And their journey began…

The snake had a serious look. He took the map of the island to study while riding the balloon. He wanted to go through every detail to get prepared when they reach the island.

The little elephant girl however was very excited and cheerful. She was enjoying the beautiful scenes of the jungles, the oceans, the mountains and the farms. Everything was so small and yet so beautiful from so far away.

“Look! Look! There is a huge ship crossing the ocean; and there are dolphins everywhere. I wish I had a dolphin… Wow! Everything looks so amazing from up here.” Said the elephant excitingly.

.

Elephant Ship

.

But the snake didn’t even turn a hair. He was so concentrated and focused on the map. Once he even told the elephant to keep quiet as she was disturbing him all day long.

Few days passed by and the elephant was slowly loosing interest in watching the beauties of the earth from the balloon. The snake was also too serious and cold to talk to. He even didn’t like talking that much…

.

Snake Study

.

“I am so bored… Can we have some fun, like playing a game or sharing our memories together?” Asked the elephant girl

“This is not a game little girl. I need to study the island well, before we reach. Did you have any idea of the island and the mission before becoming a volunteer? In fact I would be interested to know why you volunteered in the first place, if I was not too busy and concerned about our mission.” The snake answered back.

.

Angry Snake.

.

She murmured to herself, “I did it because of my love to my country,” and just kept quiet, took her diary and her golden pen out and started to draw a grumpy and serious snake on the first page. While drawing she went to a deep sleep till the midnight when she got woken up by the snake.

“Wake up girl. I can see the island…”

.

.

Notes

The journey to the island symbolises the birth of the incarnated soul. The island which resembles the physical world is the place where the soul incarnates based on the lessons that it needs to learn.

Ashram, the Place of Divine Presence

Home away from Home…

Temples, Churches, Synagogues, Mosques and Ashrams… there are so many of them in the world where tons of people visit everyday for prayer, meditation, introspection or attaining stillness. But does really a place of worship affect our inner experiences?

From ancient times, there was a belief that place is not homogeneous; some places were considered sacred while the rest were just called profane.

The idea of a sacred place, persuaded man to build places that were different from a normal profane space, and were standing in harmony with nature and universe through the knowledge of geomancy. He further started purifying such places and charging them with divine energies to stand as a place of worship, representing the idea of sacred.

Many rituals got involved and many forms were selected to facilitate the anchoring of divine energies into the building such as pyramids, domes and arches. Many symbolic decorations were also used to improve the quality of the space that mainly had esoteric significances. The concept of group prayers also became popular that made temples a great part of human history.

To know why and how places affect our state and inner experiences we need to look at it from an energetic perspective.

End PL Collections

As humans have energy fields around them (commonly known as aura), objects and places also have energy fields. Similar to human aura, the energy of a place also can get contaminated. It can also get blessed and consecrated, which all depends on the activities that take place inside it and the thoughts and emotions that are regularly generated by people who make use of it.

In a place where prayer, meditation and contemplation takes place most of the time, the thoughts and emotions that are generated are mainly pure, devotional, divinely in nature and of a finer vibration. Repeating thoughts, emotions and acts, magnetizes their power and durability. Since many people do the same thing over and over again the floating thoughts and emotions which have a positive nature become really powerful and capable of affecting whoever that comes in contact with them, manipulating them to feel and think in the same lines.

Therefore when people go inside the temple, even if they have had a bad day, they feel calm, connected and centered.

Furthermore meditation and prayer bring down lots of divine energy that will be anchored in the place. Doing meditation, especially in a group, for a long period of time not only purifies the place but also blesses it with positive and divine energies. It also invites great  beings to the place such as angels and higher beings.

“When you gather together in a group, the Higher Beings are forced to appear.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

Since the place becomes an anchor of divine, filled with similar thought forms and emotions, it becomes highly suitable for prayer and meditation. The experiences of meditators become deeper and the distractive thoughts and emotions will get reduced to a substantial degree. In other words, the place helps the meditators to get to the meditation mood and stillness in a shorter time.

If we look at temples and ashrams in this way, they appear to be more than a physical construction, rather a spiritual construction within the physical form.

GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Ashram is one of such incredible places, which is highly suitable for prayer and meditation. It is located in India, with the distance of 70 kilometers from Pune, near the small village of Nive, in the heart of mountains, lakes and forests. Being far from the noise and distractions of big cities and resting in a peaceful and quiet natural setting, makes the ashram an amazing place to retreat from normal busy life and spend some time for spiritual practices and introspection.

The construction of GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Ashram was guided by Master Choa Kok Sui and later purified and consecrated by him together with a great number of Arhatic Yoga practitioners in an opening ceremony on 15th August 2003 to stand as an important element in manifesting the great Mission and Vision of Master Choa Kok Sui.

The forms chosen for the meditation halls bear significant esoteric meanings and are chosen based on their function to facilitate the flowing of divine energies into the building, which makes the experiences during the meditations deeper and more meaningful.

An issue that makes the GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Ashram distinctive among the other ashrams is the crystal mountain where it is located on. Since it is being built on a crystal mountain, its magnitude of influence has become extremely high as crystals have the ability to absorb and store energy.

Crystals are also programmable that made it possible for Master Choa Kok Sui to anchor lots of divine energies in the Ashram, which continues to get stronger every time a group of people meditate in the ashram.

The GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Ashram is often called “A Piece of Heaven on Earth,” as the stillness and peace that you experience in the ashram is indescribable.

Based on the experiences of meditators visiting the GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Ashram, just being in its atmosphere is like being in deep meditation.

The Ashram stands as a home for all the Arhatic Yoga practitioners all over the world and is basically designed as a center for renewal, rejuvenation and enrichment to lead the practitioners towards a faster spiritual growth.
